What do the sessions include?
The sessions are an hour long and start with a warm up on our floor area. We then go on 3 of our equipment circuits with vault and floor skills each week and alternating between bars and beam each week. We will have different goals for each piece of equipment each week. Finishing with a group activity to close the session.
